Well for starters it's a bit burnt and what's in the oil you used?
I'd never fry a chicken breast myself. I use the oven and add herbs/spices.
Or dice it and cook it with sauce. I do buy the sauce though... uncle bens or chicken tonight

It looks burned because of the herbs i put on it and I like it a bit crispy I baked it with this oil, the colour is from the herbs

Very good actually I even suprised myself (first time I made it).

Day before yesterday I made basicly the same but I bought chopped chickenbreast and when it was done i threw it through the salad

I think you have to prepare the chicken first in the oven, and when it's finished make the sauce and put the chicken in it while the sauce is heating up.

Brown the chicken well first. Then for the top one try this:

Middle one start with some chopped tomatoes, add onions, peppers, red wine and whatever other herbs and spices you like. Last one start with creme fraiche, some cheese, mustard and after a while the honey and again whatever herbs and spices you like then maybe some white wine but be careful with last bit, might make sauce curdle or go lumpy.
For all add chicken then leave very low simmering on cooker or in oven for a while so chicken is cooked properly.
Where you live you should be able to get some great spices and herbs.
