hey brother, just thought we would go 2 games at a time like we did the thread for Slovakia/Canada... otherwise it gets too messy looking that far ahead.

I say 4-0 against Kazakhstan, 2-1 against Greece, and 3-1 against Belarus.

greece most players are above 30 years i think we can beat them on stamina and i think our players are more talented. I only fear gekas men that guy can score from every angle eyes closed and the defensive player papdopoulos of schalke 04. I think we gonna win 2-1

The Greece game I think is part of their pre EURO 2012 preparation schedule. The finalists usually play opponents similar to the teams in their group. For example, if France meets Ghana for example in their group for WC, they will do a test match with Cameroon to see how the team does against a similar opponent.

So, Greece's group includes Russians, Polish, and Czechs. In their preparation they will play Slovenia and us. I wonder who they think we resemble in that group, if that is the case.

On the other hand, it is possible they have lined us up to get an easy win as a boost before the finals, but boy they are gonna regret that...

doubt they would go for easy wins and highly doubt they don't know we are good competition. i think they are looking for a similarity in the style of play.

The Greece game is the one to look for, if we can get a score or two it'll be huge as they are solid on that end, and also, the biggest key will also be our defense/mids handling the counter-attacks. I'm going to say Greeks sneak out a 2-1 victory.

Now, the Kazakhstan game, should be one where we play 2 keepers and let Roman sit out to try to develop some talent as we should not have many issues with them. They did have a decent draw against Austria but that's about it. Anything less than 2-0 victory and controlling about 60% of the possession will be pretty disappointing. I mean, if we can beat Canada 3-0, we should dominate the Kazakhs by a comfortable margin, even with a B-Squad.

I know this thread doesn't include the Belarus game, but pretty hyped up for that one as well. They had a decent qualifying campaign as well with a draw against the French and even Romania. They also lost 1-0 in Bosnia due to a late goal by the Bosnian side. On the flipside, they have been atrocious in friendlies minus the draw against Libya. 2-0 to Poland and a draw against Moldova is just smh. They have 2 friendlies ahead of the game against us, as we do ahead of the game against them, against Azerbaijan and Lithuania. Should be interesting to see how they do then. Expecting a nice 2-0 victory here as well.

It'll be key during these friendlies to try to shore up our back 1/3 of the squad and try to get chemistry between Yura, Aras, Mkhitaryan and Pizzelli on the pitch.

If we get 2 scores against Greece, we will WIN or TIE period. No team scored more than 1 against Greece in the qualifications. They have a great defense with experienced players, with Torosidis, of course, being the big guy here.

If we score 1, we will probably lose.

Also, I think because Kazakhstan is Kazakhstan and Borat was from there, you guys are underestimating them. Our B squad will not beat them. Remember, last game, our B Squad was not really our B squad, we had Mkrtchyan possibly diffuse 2+ more goals and Ghazaryan on that team. NO Way we win against Kazakhstan with a B squad. I say we kick their ass with our A squad. Let's get some goals here, make it like 5-0. I wanna see some WUNDERGOLS

I'll be content if we can score 1 against the Greeks and hold them to a draw, they have a stifling defense and scoring against them would make me confident in being able to score against the Ites and Danes.

As far as the Kazakhs go, they haven't done anything to impress me, and maybe not our entire B-Squad, but a nice mixture of youth should be used along with our 2nd keeper slot. Just wish Borat would go to the game
