Actually No he does not need to...
If you go back and read news from ARMFOOTBALL.COM back in May 2007, The FFA said ''We have noticed his talents, and are looking forward in calling him up in the NT''.
The only requirement is the Following F.I.F.A. Law.
A player who is born in another country and wants, let's say in Pizelli's example, to play for our National Team needs to respect these two requirements:
- Have been living in Armenia and playing for an Armenian Club for a minimum of 2 years.
- Receive Armenian Citizenship before going on the pitch.
When this Article was posted back in May 2007, it said that Markos Pizelli already had 1 Year and 6 months completed.
So without being a Mathematical genius, we can all calculate that he had 6 months left, which means that somewhere in November 2007, Markos Piñeiro Pizelli should receive allowance to play for The Armenian National Team of Football.
The Citizenship issue is not really an issue, you all know how well connected Rubo is.
Markos turned 23 this past October
