23/09/2006 Luton v West Brom

From BBC

Luton defender Leon Barnett in clear to play after his sending-off against Brentford was overturned on appeal.

Steve Robinson and Rowan Vine are expected to return to the starting XI but Sol Davis (groin) and Sam Parkin (ankle) are doubtful.

Caretaker manager Nigel Pearson has a host of players back for his first game in charge of West Brom.

Kevin Phillips, Steve Watson, Nigel Quashie and John Hartson are fit but Curtis Davies misses out.

-----------------------

Shame for Davies that he cant play agaisnt the team we signed him from.

Luton, managed by Mike Newell, are a good footballing side, and the narrow and enclosed Kennilworth Road is always a tough place to go.

We have the quality to win, and should do....yadda yadda yadda

But hey its Albion we are talking about here.

I think
1-1

how we didn't get given that goal in the minute is annoying, it would have completed daylight robbery as we deserved nothing from it really. Luton were teh better team for most part.

Glad to see Gera grab a goal.
