I guess in the end it should be 40+ pts to survive, that means at least 3 more wins :undecide:

I think West Brom used up their luck last season, Birmingham are definately down....Pompey are past masters at escaping the drop at the business end of the season, they also have momentum on their side following a couple of good wins,
also they have some quality starting to come good, lest we forget they've been in the prem longer than the others in the bottom 4 & have the most favourable run in.

I think down now are

West Brom
Birmingham
Sunderland

any takers ??

i ploughed the land with horses, my heart was ill at ease, for the old sea faring men, came to me now and then, with their sagas of the seas.

After me prediction thing in the Prem forum, I've still got West Brom staying up, I'm not confident enough too put any money on it though, Birmingham will go, so it's out of Pompey and the Baggies for me.

yeah same here, and personally I can only see Pompey staying up, our run in is too hard for us to get any points. In fact Pompey may catch Villa.

Typical I write a team off and then they go and win, 4 points from games v Chelsea and Bolton for the bluenoses, that's an unbelieveable return, so they've got momentum now, which is really bad news for West Brom.

17 Birmingham City 33 7 8 18 25 45 -20 29
------------------------------------------
18 Portsmouth 33 7 8 18 30 55 -25 29
19 West Bromwich Albion 33 7 7 19 28 49 -21 28
20 Sunderland 32 2 5 25 21 57 -36 11

@ Arsenal
vs Bolton
@ NewCastle
vs WestHam

I had the feeling there will be trouble since the home defeat vs Sunderland

WBA took only one point from Sunderland this season, I think they are only team not to have beaten them at least once.

So we know what is to blame if the baggies do go down - which I think looks a certainty now.

At least there will be derbies in the CCC next season.
