ALBION are through to the semi-finals of the Under-19s Lyngby Cup
after thrashing Helsingborgs 5-2.
Craig Shakespeare's men twice came from behind with Geoff Forsythe
first making it 1-1.
The Swedish outfit regained the lead to make it 2-1 at the break but
a Stuart Nicholson double and Seamus Kelleher and Chris Humprey
strikes saw the Baggies ease to victory.

stronger and more up for it and we found it hard going.

Albion face another Swedish side - Orgryte - in the last four
tomorrow (Friday, ko 5.30 BST) for the right to meet either Charlton
or KB in the final.
