What should this forum be called?

It was called the Nationwide Leagues, after the last sponsor.

Coca-cola have now taken over sponsorship of the leagues.

Do we want to follow the sponsorship or shall we just call it the Football League Forums?

How about Lower Leagues. Coca-Cola is too advertising, and The Football League counts the Premiership aswell to people who don't know English football so well.

How about moving The Premiership category underneath English football?

! thought when you said the Coca-Cola leagues that you meant some southern American league. I would call it the football league Divisions 1,2,3 or you can just called it the coca-cola league with brackets saying divsions 1,2,3.

A category is "English Football"
I had to make "The Premiership" a category too so that the forums appeared on the forum list page. With this vbb you cannot have sub-categories.

Would it be OK to call it 'The English Football League'? 'Football League' sounds way too universal.

This is wrong. It was the Football League until 1992 when the FA Premier League split up from the football League. The football Association in conjunction with the big clubs, decided to set up a league of their own for the English topflight to divert cash and sponsorship into the top teams when they were unhappy with the terms being offered by the league.
