S5 would be a mistake imo, it's 1.5 years old at this point. I assume you value removable battery and expandable memory.

If you were okay with not having those, I'd definitely recommend the Nexus 6p (it works on Verizon).

LG V10 looks like a good phone tbh. It has the same internals as the LG G4 though, more or less, if you don't want that weird separate LCD bar at the top of the phone. I'd say either of those would be good.

I like having a removable battery, expandable memory i dont really care for. For example if my s3 ever freezes or theres problem with the button i can easily remove it, or open it up and clean it and etc..

Honestly more than anything i like having a back button next to my home button. so thats what compels me to get the s5 over all the other ones

I also like the galaxy's internet browser. Google Chrome imo sucks. They dont seem to offer the nexus 6p on verizon anyway.

I think i'm gonna try the v10, u get a 2 week trial. and i dont like it just switch back to galaxy s5 even if it is 1.5 years old

what sucks is i have dropped my s3 plenty of times from a variety of distances and the screen or back has never cracked and i dont use a phone case. i hope its the same with these newer phones.

Nexus 6p isn't offered on Verizon, but you can buy it on Google Play store for $450 unlocked. It doesn't have removable battery, but it's probably the best Android phone right now.

The 6S is a better phone than the 6P.

LG G4 would be cheaper and not all too different from the V10.

The S5 lags far behind the lot of them.
