Fans from Poland in Estonia. Hopefully there will be nothing like that:

really tough draw for Levadia

Big games are easy than the other games, unfortunately. Every times we have the control the games, under the control the games, during the games we had the some possibilities, some big chances, some big okazyons, something like that but what can I do, sometimes? And….it’s the football, that’s the football, something happened. Everything is something happened. - Fatih Terim

Should be a walk in the park for Ventspils though. Ekranas - Baku is a 50/50 case.

That a club against adverts around the stadium, right ?
Not sure it can not happen again :

7/08/2009 - Defending Estonian champion Levadia Tallinn is preparing to welcome over 1000 fans of Wisla Kraków SA for their UEFA Champions League second round second leg match.

“Wisla has ordered 500 tickets for their fans and we are asked to book 300-400 tickets additionally for fans who are traveling from Poland to Tallinn by themselves,” said Levadia's press officer Indrek Petersoo.

Levadia hosts Wisla Kraków on July 22nd 7 pm at Kadriorg Stadium.

Wisla 1-1 Levadia in the first leg.

Great result although it was dissappointing for Levadia to concede in injury time, the victory was so close.

And Levadia is marching through! Ivanov's goal even marks a last minute win!

Ventspils advance with expected ease and two wins against Dudelange, while Ekranas was defeated by Baku 4:6 on aggregate.

Debrcen is a beatable opponent for Levadia. Of course the Hungarian club are the favourites but it's still a good draw IMO.

Ventspils 1-0 Bate

Quote:

7/29/2009 - Latvian champions Ventspils sprung up a surprise in the UEFA Champions league third qualification round first leg against last year group stage participants BATE Borisov. The Latvian side managed a one goal victory ahead of the second leg in Belarus thanks to a superb goal.

At the first minutes of the game both clubs played carefully but the Latvians were a little bit more active. However mostly the ball was at the central side of field. Ventspils player Jurijs Žigajevs had the first real chance for scoring in the 17 minute, but he failed to take the opportunity after a brilliant pass by Igors Cigirlašs.

At the middle of the first half Ventspils had chance to score again - this time Jurijs Žigajevs came one on one with the goalkeeper, but just missed the net.

Soon after this episode guests were so close to the target. A superb strike by Nekaichik was saved by Ventspils goalkeeper Andrejs Pavlovs.

The second half was more interesting for spectators than first. Both clubs started to play more aggressive and attacking football, and the 64th minute the scoring was opened with a sensational goal. Grigorijs Čirkins struck a magnificent volley from about 25 meters and left BATE goalkeeper helpless (1-0).

In other 26 minutes Ventspils held on to their lead and with their victory 1-0 have a good chance to qualify for Champions league qualification play-offs.

Levadia fails to take initiative

7/29/2009 - FC Levadia Tallinn's hopes to reach the fourth qualifying stage of the UEFA Champions League received a blow when they lost 0:1 on home ground to Hungarian champions Debreceni VSC.

Levadia, who left famous Wisla Krakow in shame a week ago, took the initiative in the first half with Konstantin Nahk hitting the post from 20 meters. On the second half Debreceni forced their style of play on Levadia and they had success. Leandro opened the scoreline on 70. Minute and it was the only goal of the game.

“We dropped too low in the second half, got tired and couldn't get the ball to our strikers,” said Levadia manager Igor Prins.

Another blow for Levadia was Nahk's yellow card that forces him to miss the next game against Debreceni because also he earned a card against Wisl.

“We have to be more aggressive next week and work hard to try to score a goal,” said left-back Taijo Teniste.

Debreceni VSC will host Levadia in their 3. qualification 2. leg match next Wednesday at Debreceni Oláh Gábor utcai stadium.
