__________________________________________________ ________

Huge event for our football scene, facing the current champions of Europe who will probably field their strongest lineup.

Not much realistic chance to get a good result from here considering our recent form and especially the catastrophic defending. But after 0-7 from Bosnia it can't get any worse, only better.

Big games are easy than the other games, unfortunately. Every times we have the control the games, under the control the games, during the games we had the some possibilities, some big chances, some big okazyons, something like that but what can I do, sometimes? And….it’s the football, that’s the football, something happened. Everything is something happened. - Fatih Terim

Havent followed Purje much lately but why isnt called up ? Is he in a bad form or is Rüütli simply trying other options ?

Oper will be out of this match as he injured his thigh in Holland. Another bad blow, too bad we are missing our only good attacker almost every time we face a big team.

On the other hand I think he would be quite out of the match either way. Maybe the can keep the score down like against England.

Rüütli has announced the starting lineup:

-------------Londak

Jääger---Bärengrub---Piiroja---Kruglov

Kink----Vunk---Dmitrijev-----Lindpere

-------------Vassiljev

------------Voskoboinikov

It's bizarre that Klavan is left out, absolutely retarded decision IMO to start someone like Vunk (average Estonian league player with no big match experience) over him.

Estonia had some chances to score, though. That can't be worse than the last game, can it ?

this match was very predictable

We didn't suffer a huge beating and were more or less able to deal with their attacking play but allowed them to score some soft goals from set pieces and failed to use these few chances we got

excellent match from Piiroja, yet again he shows that he is ready for big leagues

Talk about jinxing, you made Vunk have a good game!

Imagine if Oper would have been fit, he'd probably have scored at least one goal from those chances we had
