Who would you want to win the Euro2004?

Tournament is over for Latvia, but Euro2004 goes on.Who would you people like to see lifting the big trophy?

The two teams I supported in this competition, Italy and Latvia, are both out (Italy's early exit was a big dissapointment). From the teams still playing Sweden is my favourite, as I like their effective playing style.I also wouldn't mind if Czech Republic or Holland wins the title.Hopefully we see some more dramatic games in the playoffs, like the yesterday's match between Portugal-England.

Big games are easy than the other games, unfortunately. Every times we have the control the games, under the control the games, during the games we had the some possibilities, some big chances, some big okazyons, something like that but what can I do, sometimes? I support my country (France) but frankly as they have played in the group stage i don't see how they could win it. Maybe a win against Greece tonight, but reaching the semi-final would be something...
Then i would like to see the Czech or Sweden...

Spain, Italia, Germany and now England, all those big countries of football knocked out are already big surprise.
The level of the Euro is quite decent that is right, but the scenario of some game are making them exciting to watch.

I was rooting for England, yesterday they left tournament. Now i guess Denmark and Greece is my choice - both are not grand teams, but can surprise, and Denmark shows good football also.

Yeah, Greece won. Sorry for Fobal Klub as fan of France But Greece has a very good team spirit, and they made their chances. Actually i didn't expect them to play that good, but well, this Euro is full of surprises.

Well, that why we like football, Greece play very well, with what they got. And yes the teams spirit is a big quality in football.
But there is a new generation of french players who are also very good, time to change now. Changes should have been made since 2002 already. :rollani:

Well, when Greece has already reached so far, then I hope they win the damn thing. They have played really solid in defence so far and will surely have a realistic chance to win in the final.

Well, greeks did it. I was hoping for them to win, everyone else around me were about Portugal, but well, i like the way Greece plays, they're showing the same football as Latvia - with good defence and counter-attacks, but their performance is a class higher, that's for sure.

The most effective team in the tournament won the trophy.Almost flawless game in defence and in attack they converted most of their chances into goals.Fantastic achievement.
