Best Youth Set-Up in Ukraine

I was just wondering which club had the best facilities and training for young players in the Uke League. In England it isn't normally the big clubs who supply the best English tallent. Some of the best set-ups are at Middlesborough, Southampton and West Ham.

In recent years we have had:
Sheva, Sasho and Milevskiy from Dynamo
Rebrov, Zubov, Vorobei and Tymoschuck from Shakhtar
Husyev from Arsenal
Rusol from Kryvbas (I think)
Rotan and Nazarenko from Dnipro

Who actually has the best facilities?

Dynamo Kyiv are better than Shakhtar Donnetsk!

Over the last decades it gotta be Dynamo, but in recent years I believe Shakthar's facilities and the whole management and approach passed them by a mile...

P.S. Tymoschuk is from western ukraine (Volyn to be specific)
Milevsky from Belarus, though he did go thru Dynamo's academy just like Husyev...

I thought Husyev started at Arsenal, but was only there for a year.

Dynamo Kyiv are better than Shakhtar Donnetsk!

Husiev was at Sumy before he went to Arsenal, Rusol and Nazarenko started at Zvezda Kirovograd

I think Rotan was at Vorskla before he came to Dnipro though he might have been on loan

I think Shakhtar have a good youth system. So far Vorobey, Shutkov, Belik have come up through the ranks as well as the youth Chyhrynskiy and Seleznyov

Chyhrynsky was stolen from Karpaty Youth academy some 3 years ago... He's originally from Khmelnytsk

P.S. by "stolen" I mean the academy recieved no compensation for the player...

P.P.S. Rotan could well be from Poltava... I believe his younger brother still plays there...

Dynamo Kyiv have a superb youth academy but sadly they feel the need to achieve short-term success by bringing in poor quality foreign players on the cheap. So instead of seeing players like Dmitro Vorobiy, Aliev, Milevsky and a whole lot of others, we only see Milevsky.

Roma, once again you force me to say at the age of 16 Chygrynsky was too quality to agree to sign up for Karpaty professionally. :rollani: Why, if you most probably won't like to hear it??

Another thing is, the football academy didn't have legal rights to receive its compensation, but what then, it's not charity after all... :undecide:

I believe there's a certain age when you're allowed to sign a professional contract with a club... In England its 17, it might be the same in Ukraine... Akhmetov took advantage of the fact that he hadnt had a piece of paper that says he's Karpaty's properly, although being a full-time karpaty youth academy student, to snatch him away... Thats not how things are done, in that England for example. If the player is under 17, there's a specific "asking fee" for the player... PFL should've been more involved in this, but they are too corrupt to bother...
