Voronin to change teams too?

http://www.terrikon.dn.ua/post.php?idps=1344

According to Terrikon, Voronin could potentially be sold as Leverkusen finds itself in financial trouble. Where would everyone like to see him play? I think if he is to be sold, the target that would best benefit him and Ukrainian football would be Shakhtar, which desparately needs a quality striker. Akhmetov has no problem splurging 6mill euro on players, so this transfer has to hold some potential...

As much as I want it to happen, I can't see him coming to Ukraine..

He should stay at Bayer, Berbatov is heading for Spurs so it'll garentee Voronin a position in the starting 11. What club better than leverkusen will give him a contract?

Edit: Didn't see you have Shakhtar there but i still think he should stay in Germany

You sure about Berbatov?
I heard a long time ago rumours that Bayer will definetely sell one of their strikers in the summer, but for some reason i always assumed it will be Voronin since Berbatov is their best goalscorer...

He'll never come back to Ukraine, same as Sheva... Voronin played in Germany since he was a kid and will do so until he's retired IMHO even if he has to move to clubs like Wolfsburg or Arminia or back to Koln

The big two in Ukraine can afford him but it would only be a step back in his career.

Well it was 2 steps forward for Rebrov when he came back... He's not only got his UNT call-up back, but also reassured himself as a starting 11 player and thet team leader...

Having said that, I stick by my original IMHO that he will stay in Germany...

And he'll want to compete with the 6 strikers currently at Dynamo? Cmon..at least my Shakhtar Donetsk suggestion was logical in that the team needs help offensively..

If Voronin will come to Dynamo he will be playing as a starter even only with one leg due to the shit quality of Dynamo strikers...
