Flashes of Mozart

Lil' Mozart is on fire; after scoring his first league goal last weekend, he followed up with a man-of-the-match performance in the FA Cup tie against Bolton on Valetine's Day.

Here are a few clips involving Rosicky in the match (thanks to respective cappers).

ROSICKY: I’LL BE FIT FOR GERMANY GAME
After suffering a groin injury, Tomas Rosicky is back in training and is confident that he’ll be fit for March 24th’s Euro 2008 qualifier against Germany.

The 26-year-old midfielder, who missed the second leg of Arsenal’s Champions League defeat to PSV Eindhoven, told the Sport.cz website that he began training with the ball last Tuesday.

Rosicky also revealed that national team coach Karel Bruckner had been in touch, and was happy with the playmaker’s progress, and that he hadn’t yet discussed the upcoming qualifier with German team-mate Jens Lehmann.

ROSICKY IS INJURED AGAIN
Tomas Rosicky faces yet another lay-off after picking up a mild hamstring injury. Interviewed by Arsenal’s TV station, the Czech captain said he expected to be out of action for at least a week, and admitted that his first season with the London club hadn’t been ideal. Rosicky, however, said that he was happy at Arsenal.

He seems to be made of glass

"What is a club in any case ?
Not the buildings or the directors,
or the people who are paid to represent it.
It's not the television contracts, get-out clauses,
marketing departments or executive boxes.
It's the noise, the passion,
the feeling of belonging,
the pride in your city."

ROSICKY TO HAVE WISDOM TEETH OP
Tomas Rosicky is set to have all four wisdom teeth removed next Tuesday, in an operation carried out by a Prague specialist.

According to the Arsenal midfielder’s official website, he’s expected to be out of action for three days following the procedure, which falls in the two-week gap between the end of the English season and June 2nd’s Euro qualifier against Wales.

It’s thought that an infection under Rosicky’s molars could be the cause of the Czech national team captain’s recurring muscle injuries.

ROSICKY HAS WISDOM TEETH OP
As planned, Tomas Rosicky had four wisdom teeth removed yesterday, in an operation at Prague’s Stresovice hospital. The Arsenal and Czech Republic midfielder is expected to resume training at the end of the week. British specialists believe the 26-year-old’s dental problems may be the cause of his recurring hamstring and groin injuries.

ROSICKY RECOVERY QUICKER THAN EXPECTED
Tomas Rosicky’s recovery from an operation to remove his wisdom teeth is going better than expected. The Arsenal playmaker was released from hospital yesterday, one day earlier than planned, and according to Czech national team doctor Jiri Fousek should begin training again by the end of the week, giving Rosicky two weeks to prepare for June 2nd’s Euro qualifier in Wales.
