14 Domagnano SMa 0,000 U Q1

Qualifying round 2
Southern-Mediterranean-zone
seeded
1 Besiktas Tur 37,872 U Q2
2 Crvena Zvezda Ser 21,012 U Q2
3 M. Tel-Aviv Isr 19,218 U Q2
4 M. Petach-Tikva Isr 7,218 U Q2
5 Ashdod Isr 7,218 U Q2
6 Zeta Ser 7,012 U Q2
7 OFK Ser 7,012 U Q2
8 Rijeka Cro 6,981 U Q2

Winners from the first Qualifying round plus Inter (CRO) will be unseeded in the second round

I think both teams will easily get through the first round and should hope for Zeta, OFK or Rijeka in the second round. Trips to Turkey and Israel mean definite losses locally we might at least have some hope...

"Željo", Sarajevo , Travnik i Modriča bez Evrope

Popularni "uljari" pored finansijskog, infrastrukturnog, administrativnog kriterija, nisu ispunili ni pravni kriterij.

Opa!!! zbogom Evropo :rollani:
i'm assuming Zeljo and Sarajvo will be replaced by Posusje and Siroki in the UEFA CUP :rollani: and our INTERTOTO CUP entrants will most likely be Orasje and Slavija....

OFK is not in the UEFA Cup...Zeleznik is. If Sarajevo were to come accross Zeta I think they'd be toast.

yeah i just read that Zeleznik won the Cup
who'd be toast? Zeta or Sarajevo?

and anyway it dosn't matter as neither Sarajevo nor Zeljo will play in Europe this season

this thread is now kind of irrelevant

I meant Sarajevo. Btw I find this hard to believe. If Sarajevo and Zeljo can't get a licence - who can? Can a country basically end up without a single representative? You're telling me a team from Moldova can fulfil these obligations but not these 2? A little fishy if you ask me...

not just a littel fishy mate....

Neither club got of their arse to fulfill the requirements that were laid out last year (so technicallt is ain't the FA's fault). The main issue holding them back is the finances, neither of the clubs has proven that they are financialy stable and have rather large debts. Sarajevo is having issues with proving the ownership of the stadium while Zeljo is required to undertake some renovations at Grbavica in order to meet safety requirements.

Go to UEFA.com and look for the licensing requirements and honestly tell me that you believe Zeljo and Sarajevo fulfill those requirements.

You got a point there Bosanac, but what about Zepce, Siroki (?) and those teams that got a licence, are they in any better situation?

it's been an issue since the season started but the clubs never did anything about it

Siroki own their own staidum, all sporting clubs in Siroki are loaded and Zepce have proven their financial stability!!!!!!!!!!

What else needs to be said? I'm glad Zeljo won't play as we don't have a good enough team anyway.. we'd get pumped 7:0 again....

Can you guys tell me what team will represent your country in the Intertoto? This whole license issue is pretty confusing (and BTW some Israeli teams have also had the same problem this season but only one of them is not allowed to play in Europe next season and they didn't qualify anyway).

it looks like it will be Siroki and Travnik
(UEFA licensing might force Travnik out)

Proces licenciranja klubova u N/FS BiH

UEFA inspektor u Modriči, Orašju i Zenici
Hajnc Falner, inspektor Evropske fudbalske federacije za infrastrukturni kriterij u projektu licenciranja klubova, u pratnji delegacije Nogometnog/Fudbalskog saveza BiH, izvršio je juče inspekciju tri bh. stadiona (Modriča, Orašje i Zenica). Ista delegacija danas će obići i stadione u Mostaru i Sarajevu ("Grbavica").
