Selektore, gdje ste pogriješili u pripremi utakmice?

Mogu mene smijeniti, nije to problem.

/S. SINANOVIĆ/

O, Barbarezu, Spahiću, Hrgoviću, Bartoloviću...

Jeste li zadovoljni debitantima?

- I Bartolović i Spahić su igrali malo. Bartolović je trebao napadati, kod pozitivnog rezultata. Ušao je kad su Rumuni poveli. Tad nije bilo prostora za kontre. Spahić se potvrdio i na pripremama. Zvat ću ga i ubuduće.

Kasnije i Konjić..

----------------------------------------------------------------------------------

For people who dont speak Bosnian, a small translation.

- The article states Sliskovic still believes we can qualify.

- He believes he started too many injured players.

- Barbarez believes, Alen Skoro should play with the "A" team.

I was calculating what would have to happen for Bosnia to take the first or second place. The Bosnian coach, Blaz Sliskovic, is hoping to win both home games and of course the one in Luxembourg.

This is how the group stands now:

^Denmark - 13
^Norway - 11
^Romania - 10
*Bosnia - 6
*Luxembourg - 0

( ^played 6 games, *played 5 games)

So if Romania wins in Denmark and if Bosnia wins 2 at home and one in Luxembourg then Romania would take the first place & Bosnia would be second. So this is how the group would look:

Romania - 16
Bosnia - 15
Norway - 14
Denmark - 13
Luxembourg - 0

But if Denmark and Romania play a draw then Bosnia would take the first place (only if we win all 3 games) and Denmark the second.

Bosnia - 15
Denmark - 14
Norway - 14
Romania - 14
Luxembourg - 0

If Denmark wins against Romania and Bosnia wins all 3 games than this is how it would finished....

Denmark - 16
Bosnia - 15
Norway - 14
Romania - 14
Luxembourg - 0

So the game in Copenhagen will be a live or die situation for Romania.

As I said before, this group is not for a weak heart.

We can still do it!!

We can still qualify but we still have to win our three last games though......

BiH - Norveska 2-0
Luxembourg - BiH 0-3
BiH - Danska 1-0

I just hope we will punish Norway when they come to Sarajevo, because I hate the way Norway are playing and I ithink Bosnia are a better side!!!

I also think we can do it. By September, Salihamidzic & Baljic will be back.

I read an interview by him in Avaz Sport the other day. He is already running, practicing 2 hours a day, and will be ready to play probably by July or August so we can count on him in September.

heh true..

And that after this is accomplished, and the brave new world begins
When all men are paid for existing and no man must pay for his sins

here their biggest "speculations":

last year they said AS Roma will buy Salihamidzic for 50 million euro

and lately they said that there will come 2000 fans to the Romania game..... only 7 came :fero:

well actually that speculation was true. Avaz was not the only one reporting it, I saw reports of that same rumour on numerous sites.

To get the thread back on track however...

Someone in a different thread asked if it was possible for us to win both, looking at it realistically probably not.

We have the advantage that both of the hard games are at home. We have the advantage that we have beaten Denmark before.

The first game against Norway will be key.

If we beat Norway then our chances of beating Denmark will triple IMO.
