With our first home loss all season to Sarajevo, Zrinjski dropped to 11th which is really dissapointing. With those 3 points we would have been 6th.

Leotar deserved the Championship, but they have Siroki to thank for playing their hearts out against Zeljo, if Zeljo had won there it would be a double for the Sarajevo club.

Next season should be a cracker, I expect a bigger attendance in Bijeli Brijeg for Zrinjski's home games, since we're the only club from Mostar in the Prem. league, I expect rivalries between Leotar and Zeljo to strengthen and a tighter title race than the one we saw this season.

If we keep the incidents to a minimum, the Prem. liga will be attractive to BiH football fans.

The biggest thing I love is that there are beginnings of more rivalries, which is great.

Zeljeznicar and Sarajevo will always be one, just because they play in the same city and the rivalry has been there for so long. Each team has the two best fan groups IMO.

Now we see two very powerful sides, that are in my opinion pretty close, Zeljeznicar and Leotar.
Leotar coming from the Serb side of Bosnia and sending a message to Zeljeznicar that their competetion will not only be Sarajevo like it usually is, it will be now them too.

Look out for Zrinjski this season people, we will contend for the title. With great organisation of fans, a strengthening of the team (Ivankovic is back, Terkes and Marenzzi are playing well) and finally the uprava is off their asses and contributing...and ofcourse the relegation of Velez means more people under the Bijeli Brijeg

I think Zeljo will win the league next season, Leotar will not have enough firepower to after their foreign legion goes home (announced the departure of Stojanovic)

Too bad Jedinstvo went down...it made for a depressing day around the house.
How many teams get into the UEFA Cup and Intertoto?

RIO

You know the scene it's very hum-drum

Hmm, which stadium will Leotar use for their European matches ? Sarajevo isn't really an option, perhaps they could play their matches in Banja Luka ? I did hear though that their stadium is being renovated and before this season UEFA had promised financial help for the renovations if Leotar qualified for Europe.. I guess we'll just wait and see what happens..

From what I understand Rio:

Leotar gets into Champions League competition.

Zeljeznicar and Sarajevo are into Uefa Cup competetion.

and Sloboda is in to the Intertoto Cup competetion.

By the standings Siroki Brijeg are supposed to be in the Intertoto cup but from what I hear they didn't apply for the competetion so they can't take part.

Pandur, I believe you are right about that.

They definetley deserve a stadium. For a team to enter into their first season and get 1st, thats just amazing.

Yeah, I'd say so...I'd really like to see them make it to the third round of qualifiers in the CL and then at least play in the first round of the UEFA Cup.. But those just might be too high of expectations..We'll see though.. A lot of it depends on the draw as well//

i hope Leotar does well but i heard that all their stars are leaving and if that is the case we might as well have a 3rd division team representing us in the CL

nontheless i hope they win the damn thing but i don't think they have the depth of squad to afford losing the likes of Stojanovic

At least Leotar has a shot at winning it

I'm a Borac fan so this season wasnt as great as I had expected it to be, but with a little bit more luck and some wisdom we'll be playing in Europe next year.

Congrats on the forum guys, keep it up!

I don't know how long the rivalvry between Leo and Zeljo will last and how long will Leo stay at the top (in the end, they are a small club), but I sure as hell am enjoying it at the moment.
