Gjoko Hadzievski is the new Masri coach!

The Macedonian former national team coach took over Masri of Egypt , the club whom Egyptian legend Hossam Hassan plays for.

I really though Gjoko would somehow end up at Vardar again so i'm kind of surprised by this move.

He'll SO need it, maher.

In short, Masry isn't a football club but a circus. Hossam Hassan and his twin, Ibrahim, are the ones that basically run the club and influence decisions of Sayed Metwally (club's chairman)

El Masry have spent a lot in the last couple of seasons (signed loads of big name players) but they didn't even make the top four last season and are struggling this season. Their fans are very passionate and demanding so it will be pretty difficult for Gjoko Hadzievski to succeed. Even Mourinho would flop there...

Only time will tell though.

Care to post his C.V ?

- He took Macedonian NT into 59th place on FIFA ranking list, our best place ever (now we r 96th)

- He won the domestic league with Vardar 4 times not 5

- He won the domestic cup with Vardar 2 times

- He lost in the Asian Champions League final with Jubilo Iwata

- He won the 2nd league in Greece with Kastoria

I think he has won the domestic league with Sileks also, but Im not sure, however, he is the best Macedonian coach we ever had

Yeah as far as domestic results go he is a great coach, i dont remember him doing that well in Europe maybe he would have done something with Vardar in 2003 but he left after the season and Stratev got all the glory in that magical run. But like Harry said he is the best Macedonian coach period no one even comes close!

like Romanticar said, the govermant wa changed in 98 and the whole FFM was changed then, Arnaudov came instead Dzingo and Kanatlarovski instead Hadzievski. Hadzievski got really mad that time and thats why he doesnt want to be NT coach again. Hell accept the job only if some football player comes as FFM president, like Pancev.
