Ukrain : Macedonian players Eldorado ?

3 players from Vardar Skopje are currently on trial at Metalurg Donetsk : Trajcev, Gjosevski and Nacevski.
we have already 2 regulars playing there : Gjuzelov and Grncarov (both defenders) who is currently injured.

this thread will help us keeping you informed about their performances there.
first of al : in Donetsk derby this week, Gjuzelov scored the only goal in his team loss 3-1 against archrival Shakhtyor.

Gjuzelov?? played for Hajduk Split right?
Well all Balkan players are going to Ukraine now it seems and to be honest unless if it is Dinamo Kiev I wouldn't want a player going there. Sablic and Leko play for Dinamo Kiev which is OK becuase they play in the CL, but other clubs they rarely do good in Europe. Its just that Ukrainian clubs have more money than the Macedonian, Croatia, Bosnian etc.. clubs and I guess if clubs get offers for players they will go there.

Actually the Ukranian team doing the best in the UEFA Cup this year has an all-Ukranian roster: Dnipro.

Shakhtar choked majorly. Now it seems as if Lalatovic and Pazin will leave.

Shakhtar has Pletikosa and Srna, Pletikosa plays for them and Srna has been starting recently for them becuase one of thier players got injured. True about Dnipro, all but one of thier players are Ukrainian and they just whooped Dinamo Zagreb at home, i listened to the match on the radio and Dinamo were lucky it wasn't 5-0. Dnipro play great counterattacking football.
