I'm sad for Rui Patricio. He's very good and he's going to Wolves.

Aren't Wolves allowed to have good players?

Yes, they are. But Patricio was playing for Sporting in the Champions league, now he is in a club that was playing in the second English league.

Now they're playing in the EPL, a league superior than the Portuguese league, which is where Patricio played the majority of the time.

But Wolves will be probably finish at the bottom of the table. Sporting is one of the best teams in the Portuguese league and they play in the Champions League (or in the Europa League). On the other side it's good for him to change the league, the country and to play against better teams and players.

Issa Diop Toulouse > West Ham - 22m

Issa signing! Issa good signing? Issa bad signing? This dude has a lot of top flight experience for a 21 year old. West Ham nearly signed Umtiti before Barca decided to get him a couple of years ago, maybe this is their Umtiti.

Bernd Leno Bayer Leverkusen > Arsenal - 24m

Not sure about this one, Leno has always had a great reputation but whenever I watch him the poor guy seems to get 3 or 4 put past him. He can't be worse than the shot version of Cech Arsenal had in goal last season, anyway.

Also, Jack Wilshere has announced he is leaving Arsenal at the end of his contract, no destination yet.

Lukasz Fabianski Swansea > West Ham - 7m

Sensible signing, Fabianski is a solid goalkeeper.

Juninho Bacuna Groningen > Huddersfield - 3.5m

Yep, this is Leandro Bacuna's brother, thus guaranteeing him a spot in future quizzes assuming he plays a game. No idea what he's like, but I bet Wally does.

James Maddison
Norwich > Leicester - 22m

Leicester win the race to sign the most promising English player in the Championship (now Sessegnon is a premier league player) for 22m. They're quietly putting together a good transfer window.

- West Ham being linked with Jean Seri along with Felipe Anderson and Alfie Mawson.

- Newcastle are reportedly ready to trigger Oguzhan Ozyakup's release clause and sell Mikel Merino back to Spain.

- Man City expected to close the deal for Jorginho this week, but might walk away from Mahrez as Leicester want 80m.

Emre Can is officially a Juventus player, wonder if he'll get in the team there. He probably wouldn't have done at Liverpool now they've signed Keita and Fabinho.

Jon Flanagan has taken a break from beating up his missus to join Stevie G at Rangers.

With Pjanic, Matuidi, Khedira and Marchisio, Can probably won't be in the first team.

I have a feeling Emre Can might get more playing time in Juventus since the likes of Khedira, and Matudi are in their 30s.

He will most likely bench them both.

If he's anywhere half decent as expected.
