At least it looks like a hornet.

- Liverpool being linked with Shaqiri, who has a relatively cheap release clause following Stokes relegation. I think they need a sub who can do something unexpected off the bench, so provided he's prepared to accept that role I think it'd be a good signing.

Josh Murphy - Norwich > Cardiff - 10m

Jury is out on this one for me, his brother didn't exactly set the league on fire with Newcastle last season, hopefully he can do a bit better.

I have yet to understand what is the deal with this guy. Average.

I don't think it's for a lot of money to be fair. He can't be worse than old Holebas or Zeegelaar.

Ezri Konsa - Charlton > Brentford - 4m

Really smart pick-up by Brentford as Konsa is one of the highest rated English youngsters in his age group and already has a lot of senior experience at a young age. Seems level headed too, taking a sensible step in his career rather than going to the reserves of one of the big premiership clubs who were interested in his services.

Ramadan Sobhi - Stoke > Huddersfield - 5.7m

This guy needs to step it up in my opinion. He has some talent but he's flattered to deceive so far, struggling to make any real impact in games, maybe a change in scenery will do him good.

Raul Jimenez Benfica > Wolves - Loan

This guy has never really scored enough goals to justify his always inflated rumoured price tag, I don't think. Maybe being in a team where teams aren't defending deep against them all the time will help.

Benik Afobe - Wolves - Stoke - 12.5m

Turns out Wolves paid 10m for Afobe and have now flipped him to Stoke for a 2.5m profit. Nice business. Afobe should be a reliable scorer in the Championship so decent for Stoke too.

Jimenez has been a very effective super sub at Benfica, easily 90% his goals are after coming on in last 20 minutes

Jimenez seems to do well with Mexican National Team as well.

Greg Cunningham - Preston > Cardiff - 4.5m

One of the more consistent players in the Championship gets a chance to prove he can make it at Premier League level. Seems to be that Warnock is looking for home nations players to keep them up.

- West Ham are very close to finalising Felipe Anderson from Lazio and could even get it done today, they're also pretty far down the line for Issa Diop.

- Few premier league teams have been linked with Mario Gotze.

- Burney have made a 25m joint bid for Jay Rodriguez and Craig Dawson from West Brom.

- Spurs and a few other teams are looking at Jack Grealish.

- Anthony Martial's agent says he wants to leave United and obviously various teams are interested.

- Chelsea will apparently bring Raul Albiol to the club as part of the package to hire Sarri, for some reason.

Joao Carvalho Benfica > Notts Forest - 12,000,000
Diogo Goncalves Benfica > Notts Forest - Loan

Forest decide to go the Wolves route by adding Portuguese U-21 internationals after Tobias Figueiredo did well for them last season. Benfica fans seem pretty annoyed to be losing these two (Forest have a buying option on Goncalves), so they could be good. They both have impressive looking records with the Portugal national youth teams.

Marcelo Bielsa is officially confirmed as the Leeds manager. This will either be a massive success or a colossal disaster, I can't really see it being anything inbetween.

He can be Ballon d'Or material when he feels like being it. Most of times he doesn't feel like being it. Probably Lazio regret they have not sold him before, when he was FA7.

Marc Navarro Espanyol > Watford - Undisclosed

No idea who this guy is tbh, he's a right back, is 22 and has signed a 5 year deal.

Rui Patricio Sporting Libson > Wolves - Free

I can't quite believe that Mendes has pulled this one off, one of the best keepers in the world and he goes to Wolves.
