Also not sure how good he is, internet fans of Belgian football speak very highly of him, but who knows how that'll translate to the premiership. The main thing missing from Leicester post Kante is the energy he has, so hopefully he can replicate that.
What's Amartey actually?
Saw him against West Ham and all he did was kick lumps out of opponents

Amartey is a versatile player, so he's pretty useful for the squad in that way. He's an okay player, but he was never anywhere near enough to replace Kante.

They have that Mendy they bought in the summer too, but he's always injured.

Lee Grant (To Stoke)

Country : England
Age : 33
Position : Goalkeeper
Signed From : Derby County
Price : £1,500,000
Permanent From Loan
16/17 Who Scored Rating : 6.97

Expected signing, he's done a pretty good job deputising for the injured Butland.

Amazing how things turn out, before his loan spell at Stoke I doubt anyone would have paid £150 000 for Lee "butter fingers" Grant.

I will miss him. He is married to one of my best mates cousins, I've amused myself telling my mate how shit he is every day for the last 2 years or so.

Also, stoke reporting the fee at 1.3 and Derby reporting it at over 2 million. I'd guess there might be some "add ons"

Penaranda of Watford loaned to Malaga, he was already on loan at Udinese but I don't think he was getting many minutes there.

Julian De Sart joins Derby on loan from Middlesbrough. It'll be good for him to get an opportunity to get to grips with English football. From what I've read he was pretty highly rated at Standard, but Karanka has never really used him.

Tomas Mejias of Middlesbrough loaned to Rayo Vallecano, he'd dropped to 4th choice for Boro after Valdes and Guzan arrived in the summer anyway.

Middlesbrough having a busy day as they've also signed 18 year old Finn Mikael Soisalo, who has played a full first team season in Finland, but will go into Boro's development squad, so I'll put him down as a youth transfer on the front page.

Sam Johnstone joins Villa on loan from Man U to aid their promotion push, as their keepers Bunn and Gollini are pretty shit.

Marco Silva has officially become our coach and he's brought his squad with him, one of the members of his squad is a goalkeeping coach from Benfica who was apparently important in developing Oblak and Ederson, so that's interesting.

I think this is an interesting decision from the board. I Prefer it to a middle of the road boring appointment like Pardew.

Ademola Lookman (To Everton)

Country : England
Age : 19
Position : Winger/Forward
Signed From : Charlton Athletic
Price (Approx) : £7,000,000
16/17 Who Scored Rating : N/A

Everton fans will probably hoping for a meteoric Dele Alli like rise from this lad, it'd be a bit much to expect that from him, though he does look extremely talented and follows on well with the Everton way of getting lower division talents like Stones, Galloway and Holgate.

Ndidi has been officially unveiled and shows everyone else how to look properly happy to be joining a team.

Look at his happy face.

In other news, Wenger has apparently said that Arsenal have verbal agreements with Ozil and Alexis, which is massive news if true.

Also West Ham have apparently put a £20m bid in for the Celtic Dembele.

John Obi Mikel leaves Chelsea for Tianjin TEDA, I think they released him to go there as he only had 6 months left on his contract anyway. It will be kind of weird having the Chelsea squad without him to be honest as he's been there forever. Posted a really nice leaving message to Chelsea as well, bless.

Bristol City have signed Aussie international Bailey Wright from Preston, he's been doing quite well there AFAIK.

Pedro Chirivella has gone out on loan from Liverpool to Go Ahead Eagles in Holland.

Schneiderlin having a medical at Finch Farm before signing for Everton according to the Mirror.

Sky are reporting they are also trying to sign Kostas Manolas, but that seems unlikely to me.

You should open an equivalent thread for the CSL, Rob. That seems to be where all the action is.

Formerly Jeffrey, ILA etc.
