Cover for Gomis while Bony is at the African Cup of Nations, so he'll get his minutes here and there.
Better impress in those minutes. Otherwise we'll see him in the stands from mid February onwards.

Eljero Elia also seems likely to join Southampton on loan, also for ACN cover for Sadio Mane.

Another guy who used to be highly touted before he moved to Juve, no idea how he's done since, but seeing as a bottom club in the bundesliga are willing to loan him out, I'm guessing not too well.

Did make me laugh when putting this on his own twitter

Last chance for him.

Otherwise it's probably Russia (provided the clubs still want to spend with oil prices crashing) or Istanbul for him.

West Ham United sign talented young Canadian international center back Doneil Henry. I guess he will eventually fill-in for Winston Reid when he leaves the Hammers.

Lukas Podolski leaves Arsenal to join Inter Milan on loan until the summer. Ben Arfa is also leaving the league on loan, to Nice in Ligue 1

Just noticed Reid was capped at youth level for Denmark, didn't know that until now. Do you think if Winston Reid had been fully capped at International level by the Danes, would he be good enough to feature regularly considering the likes of Kjaer, Agger etc. are in the current set-up? After all, Reid himself is pretty good, and playing in a stronger league than both.

Kjaer is pretty whack and Agger isn't what he once was, probably would have a shout. Okore's not progressed at CB since moving to Villa either. Shame that injury blighted him.

Yeah should be. In true Stoke fashion we're expecting him to sign and it's been announced on our site that we expect it to happen but he hasn't actually signed yet. So it could still go tits up.

Ben Arfa gone to Nice. Very talented but very frustrating player during his time in England. Did score a few great goals, but spent a lot of the time falling out with managers/sitting in the stands etc.

Podolski to Inter also completed on loan with a view to a permanent deal. Always felt Arsenal was slightly above his level as a starter, but he was very suited to the premiership for an upper mid table side.

Wollscheid still isn't officially done yet and Kramaric to Leicester seems likely to be official over the next couple of days also.

Zarate to QPR official. Should get more chance there, and he's a very 'Arry type of player.

Andy Johnson released from Palace without making an appearance.

Seems that Man City are in advanced negotiations to sign Bony for around £30m

Yeah will score goals if he stays fit. Added bonus it's allowed us to send Leon best back to Blackburn, the guy couldn't hit a barn door.
