28. april Switzerland - Slovenija friendly

Prašnikar named our team for the upcoming friendly against Switzerland in Geneve on 28th of April. There is one new player on the list, Saša Jakomin the Koper star and one of the best players of the domestic league who finaly awaited his first call up. Because of that Lavric is out, also there is no Simeunovic who got injured just a few days ago and no Cipot who plays in the cup final in Qatar.
Acording to Prašnikar he won't be changing the new system, he is planing on improvements though. We'll see a?

Lani so nas namreč v Novi Gorici povsem razbili in zmagali kar s 5:1.

Vratarja:
Borut Mavrič (KD Olimpija), Damir Botonjič (Genclerbirligi).

Branilci:
Spasoje Bulajič (FSV Mainz), Boštjan Cesar (Dinamo Zagreb), Aleksander Knavs (Kaiserslautern), Aleš Kokot (Gorica), Muamer Vugdalič (Domžale).

Vezisti:
Milenko Ačimovič (Lille), Nastja Čeh (Club Brugge), Adem Kapič (Ferencvaroš), Amir Karič (Torpedo), Robert Koren (Lillestroem), Miran Pavlin (Olypiakos Nikozija), Goran Šukalo (Unterhaching), Zlatko Zahovič (Benfica).

Napadalci:
Saša Jakomin (Koper), Ermin Rakovič (Mura), Ermin Šiljak (Dalien).

Kovacevic will get his chance sooner or later, he needs to proove himself in the younger selections.

No, he already played against Latvia for about 20 minutes.

Kokot is a solid club defender, but I am not sure if he deserves to be called in the NT, while Jakomin (I am sure Tok87 can tell you more about him) on the other hand is very dangerous forward, he is tall and fast and good goalscorer. I wish we had him against Croatia in the second leg. :fero:

I am sure that everyone that knows Učo shares this opinion.

I saw that clash yesterday in TV and it was brutal! But it was nobody's fault actually, just an accident, because everybody was looking the ball and didn't look at his opponent and it's really good that nobody got seriously hurt there. :eekani:

Sure, it was nobody's fault, just a fight for the ball till the end, as it shold be! It really looked horrible though and I also got scared for both of them. But knowing Učo, well he's a strong ladd, and Tojo's right there too, so no fear!

Prašnikar will call in another debitant, Almir Tanjic, Primorje player instead od Adem Kapic whn is injured. Tanjic plays as right winger at his club.
Also Prašnikar is concidering of calling in Cime instead of Rakovic who in slightly injured too. He will wait with that though as there is still some time for Raka to be ready.
