The Nastja Ceh-thread

Well, I figured, since we've been talking about him a lot the past few months: why not open a thread on Slocenia's biggest talents in Belgium?

Maybe not so much news, but I'll try to keep this thread updated once in a while with interviews and old footage of his goals and how he's faring as well as other Slovenian players like Nemec and Dabanovic, Suleymanovic and Bersnjak. But the main focus of course is on The Slovenian Angel with the golden freekick.

Nastja really rose to the occasion this year, I mean after Stoica got injured. Before he didn't play much as far as I get it, after that he surely did show what he is made of. I must say we don't get to see much Belgian football here, but from what I've seen on Eurosport he did a great job for Brugge. Some important goals, great passes, especialy I loved it once when the whole stadium was scanning out his name! I hope he will continue to be a good player for Brugge, and frankly I wouldn't want him to go anywhere else right now. Most of our players just go to some bigger clubs and never really get a chance to play there, whille Nastja is enjoing great time at Brugge. And of course as our NT rising star he is the one to replace the aging Zahovič, infact he allready prooved to do so!

True, in the beginning of the season he had a bit of a rough time, but he grabbed his chance and is now generally seen as one of the season's revelations. Therefore, and because he has become more mature as a person and a player, I doubt he'll leave Brugge very soon, also because he still has 3 years of contract here.

Naturally, with that said, I wish him the best for his career and with other teams such as Slovenia.

Hehe, maybe not in general yet , but it's a nickname I launched on our own board and I have noticed a few fans here and there are picking it up, so who knows?

No time for that as of yet.

In his first year here, he had pitch and off-pitch trouble on his mind and now - as he says - most of his time is taken by the preparations for the big day in June, when he and Sandra are getting married.

He's promised to make an effort afterwards, though.

You sounds like you were (are going to be) forced

Seriously though, I imagined you much younger (younger than me) or are you getting married very young?

Hey, thanks for the invitation, of course I will have time to come to your (I think in English it is called batchelor's) party. Confederations Cup starts on 18th of June, Brazil plays the first one on 19th, I hope I will find time to go there.

Well my nick pretty much tells you everything As for the men here, they are a bit mysterious, so don't get your hopes too high on finding it out I think it's listed in the profiles, but I'm not sure
