Young Slovenians

This thread will be dedicated to young Slovenian talent that makes their mark on a game/matchday. So if a young player lights up the weekend, or if you just want to talk about a young talent, this is the place to be. What do you guys think?

There was this young slovenian playing for the Bayern Munich primavera team and did rather well as far as I heard. Can't remember his name or if he's still there :embarass: Anyone else knows?

His name is Borut Semler and is one of the best Slovenian youngsters. He was the top scorer for the Bayern youth team and he was advancing very fast. He's 18 years old.

Yeah, that's him, Borut Semler!

We also have a youngster in Triestina (ITA, Seria B), Sebastian Berko, defender, but he's not playing much. Only 3 games so far :undecide:

Then there's also Zlatko Dedič (forward) and Luka Sikur (midfielder) in Parma's Primavera squad. How they are doing I have no idea, since there's little news about their championship.

He played one game for the NT A team, otherwise he's a regular in U21 team if I'm not mistaken

BTW, if Zlatko Dedič is doing in Parma's primavera team as great as he's doing in our U21 NT at the moment, maybe we can expect another slovenian in Seria A next season

I think that was U19 NT - which means he is still a bit young to get into Parma senior team.

Yes, that's the U19 He's not thát young, beside with Adriano and Mutu leaving he might get promoted, it's not impossible, since Parma is in favour with giving chances to young players here and there I' not talking about 1st line-up, so ...

Another one who plays in the HNL for Hajduk Split......Klemen Lavric, i believe he plays for the U-21 team and although he didn't play much for Hajduk in the start of the season but he has played the last 3 games.

Well Nina the first two games he only played about 5-10 minutes but the game against NK Zagreb he got sent early in the second half. With only 2 games to go he might be suspended for either one game or the rest of the season.
Just some little information of him, he plays for the U-21 squad he is a striker and may be used in the future becuase Hajduk are desperate for strikers and he was signed by us during the winter break.

He was our first player sent off, we had two players sent off. He basically slid into Hrvoje Strok from behind and with a little acting by Strok the ref gave Lavric a red card.

Since we're talking about our talents i have to mention jani zavrl...

I was watching him in the first game against cmc and was quite impressed... I don't understad why he doesn't play more since we have players like barun, aljancic, puc, jusufbegovic playing who cant stop the ball if their life depended on it...

And you can tell by his moves how good it is for a young player to have someone like prosinecki in your team... You can tell that he picked some moves from him...

Last game of the season for Hajduk and the slovenian U-21 Klemen Lavric scored his first goal for the club and it turned out to be the winner.
He may be a starter next year unless Hajduk can sign a striker better than him, if they don't expect him to be in the starting 11, becuase all of our current strikers suck!

Are there any rumours of Lavric staying or leaving?

I think he will stay but if Hajduk do sign Lovrek or another striker he may not start. If we do keep him we may use him off the bench or loan him out to another team.
