Bohóc breaks Puskás Öcsi's record

Puskás is no longer the highest European goal scorer.

In fact bohóc has taken all of Öcsi bácsi's records since joining RM. I don't think he has any left.

An amazing fellow. Such a work rate!

I'm glad he became a footballer. Portugal is more fun to watch! Actually, without him there would be no Portugal..

Without Jesus, a hopeless end. With him, an endless hope.

Respect indeed but.. It took Bohoc 150+ games to do what it took Puskás 85 (for Hungary..and minus the douchey behavior). Pretty big difference in Öcsi's favor. Yes, he was on a better team.

Öcsi went to RM when was 31 and Bohoc was what, 24?

- Ronaldo was midfirlder for 3/4of his career
- 90% of teams Puskás played against were bums (hardly any pros)

We agree that Puskás' records came after he was 31 at RM. But CR7 is beating everyone. Not just Puskás.

Puskás held this record for a long time. Many thought it would be impossible to beat considering europeans get 100 ish caps at most.

Ronaldo had done amazing considering

- he played mostly as a winger
- played with limited players
- played two euro finals

60 goals a season

EPL winner
FA CUP winner
Champions league winner 4 times
World club cup winner
La liga winner
Kings cup winner
European golden boot
Pichici

Just because Bentex predicted it, doesn't mean you have to hate on him.

Puskás played against men, not against a bunch of tattoeed transgender ballerinas like Cristiana does

Puskás had better opponents

was more consistent

had less games

60 goals a season, Deák Bamba Ferenc would laugh in his grave, he scored 66 in 34 games in the 1945/46 season, for Szentlörinc of all teams, that's translated to Spain today if he played for Alavés or something, plus it's still world record until this day, Bohóc will never even get close to that

I'm so glad I've met that legend a couple of times, was mate with my dad's gang in the Ipoly Presszó at Pozsonyi Út in XIII ker (they called it The Office lol)

Talking of tatoos.

Ronny has none, not because he doesn't like them, but so he can give blood regularly and to take part in clinical trials.

Ronny also never drinks alcohol because he saw his father suffer and die from it and regularly gives talks to children.

He also pays for operations that costs 100s of thousands

He's put millions back into Madiera including hospitals

He spends hours everyday with fans taking selfies and autographs etc

Has given millions to poor Palestinian children

They both have done great things and both have my respek. The difference is with Ronny, I saw him at 16 and I said he'll be the best in the world. I was first told it but then I saw it while I was following Bölöni. He replaced Beckham and every was sick on the forum. I told them, nyugi! we have a better player. I got stick for 2 years but I stuck with because I saw the quality. Man Utd fans started to agree. I started posting a lot about him here in 2006 and caught so much shit when I said he wasbthe best in the world.

Pista,'s famous quote when he got 30 goals. "I don't care if he gets 50 goals... He's still average then scored 70 in one season.

Gabi said he is an average player doing a great sesson. Who can guess which season that was? Should be easy if the rest were average.

Ronny never let me down. Every time he scores I say "that's my boy!".

Going back, my origonal point was that a record that stilll stood and wasn't likely to be broken had gone. Respek to both!

didn’t even know that, although I always compared him to Hitler (also no tattoos and no alcohol) and called him buzi náci anyway but this just adds to that

shouldn‘t even play for Madeira, but for 3rd Reich

That's the thing, he's not beating everyone, not if you look at goals/games ratio (NT). Ronaldo hasn't been a winger in a long time at this point. His teams are set up to supply him the ball, give him as many chances as possible. That's not a winger's game.

Puskas also went to RM not only at 31, but after a few years of not playing at all. Went there as a washed up, out of shape has been. He missed a few years at his absolute peak and played there til was almost 40.

Just because its true, doesn't mean you have to hate on it

Ronaldo may not have played winger for a long time but the big majority of his caps he played there.

Talking of caps. Do players still get an actual cap per performance? I've not seen one for donkeys.

The only one among the superstars is Messi who does not build on his image. Bohoc just wants to win the Golden Boot and Neymar cries after group win..these two are such clowns.

and Bentex thinks that the best players ever are the ones who score....he thinks like Bohoc!

There's no discounting the importance of goals, after all they win games. However, it's surely not as a simple as the best player is the one that scores the most. They can be, but not necessarily.

But then also take into account who saves goals. Guy like Niko surely cannot be considered great although he scores. It is how you score them, not how many!

Niko's ability as a finisher is a valuable skill (just he's only done it in weak leagues). Without that a great midfielder who doesn't score a lot (say Modric) but who can create chances isn't worth much if it doesn't result in goals. You need both ends of the spectrum. Of course the best is if you can do it all. Niko is certainly not that.
