Budapest Honved v Shamrock Rovers

I am of the understanding that this European Cup game in September 1985 was played in the Vasas Stadium as the Bozsik Stadium was undergoing renovations.

Can anyone confirm this please?

Thank you

As you can see from the match programme, the game was played at Fy utca, which is where Vasas is. Hope that helps.

Great thanks.

So Fy utca is now named Illovszky Rudolf Stadion.

Are this seasons fixtures for Vasas available yet?

not sure about 1985, but in 1978 that would have been 0,50 DM

I remember that year because I played pinball that whole summer for 2 FT / 3 games
