and
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ishmael_Beah

Please get me one like this, Safe Area Gorazde is one of the best books i Have ever read, plus its a comic.

Ja sam Bosnjak - dican junak:
Vjeran svetom domu svome,
Vjeran slavi svojih djeda
I narodu Bosanskome!

Njegov ponos na mom srcu
Ko amanet sveti stoji;
Ponos koji nigdje ne da,
da se Bosnjak lava boji!...

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shake_H...he_Devil_(book)

Really great book about the genocide in Rwanda written by a Canadian Lieutenant-General Roméo Dallaire who in-charge of the UN mission during the genocide.

Bascilly Dallaire saw 800,000 people get butchered in 100 days and he couldn't do a thing to stop it becasue of all the redtape at the UN and unwillingness of the international community to help. I couldn't put the book down, finished it in two days.

Very powerful book, the journalist who helped Dellaire with the book committed suicide and Dellaire went pretty crazy himself. Best line in the book is when he is Dallaire is asked how he can still believe in in God after seeing such evil, and he replies "I saw the Devil in Rwanda, if there is a Devil there has to be a God as well."
