Bulgaria in Eurocups 2018/19

Time for my short editorial v.Summer2018.

In the CL preliminary round 2: Ludo play MOL Vidi aka Videoton. Totally unpredictable outcome as they have a Brazilian manager, which is a call for disaster.

In EL prelims: CSKA-Sofia aka Litex are facing some obscure team from Oesterreich. Easy win for the Orange Reds.

Slavia Sofia play Hajduk Split. Huge trolling potential here.

Levski Sofia... oh wait, they out already.

Well done, Kitties!

It will be interesting to see how the Ludo owners will try to recoup their investment now - would they sell/expel all their expensive foreign staff and players and count on their academy produce (I would follow that route if I were them) or insist on exploring the Brazilian market (Shakhtar model) in a desperate hope for a new CL breakthrough some of the next couple of years.

Well, by this the Bulgarian football summer '18 is almost gone... or may be not should Slavia jump over themselves and eliminate Hajduk. The Dalmatans arrived in Sofia with a depleted squad and in a very bad mood after the 1:4 demolition in their last league game. It will be interesting to see whose 20yo keeper will choke more badly tonight. It is promising to be an entertaining affair at Vasil Levski. I will be there - look to see me amongst the 200 spectators in the stands (not among the Slavia ultras definitely )
