How far can Vihren go?

Vihren is 5th right now with a game less and equal points with the second one, which happens to be Levski
A couple of years ago Vihren was struggling in the lowest division and now look at them!
It's very refreshing to have a new, trying to prosper, team.

Vihren's games till now:

Slavia-Vihren 1-2(last game)
Vihren-Rodopa 2-1
Loko Sofia-Vihren 2-0
Vihren-Cherno More 2-1
Vihren-Beroe 3-1

Next match against Marek is scheduled for the 25th. In case of a win, it will become really interesting.

I did not see that comming! Everyone thought that Vihren would be the first team on its way to relegation and, before the season even started, there were people, for example, speculating(as usual) that Lokomotiv would definitely get 6 points from Vihren straight away since they are our satellite but Im not sure if thats gonna be the case now.

At least that Furtado fella impresses me!

Another win!
Vihren-Marek 3-2
Awesome

Now let me figure out what the standing will be...after the 7th round, I am just adding to the standings after the 6th round

1.CSKA 16p 6 games
2. Loko Sf 15 p 7 games
3. Vihren 15p 6 games

I still can't believe this
My calculations must be wrong!

yeah, can you believe this! They are the hit of the season, I am so proud of them

The stadium in Sandanski will never be good enough for any European competition, although they somewhat fixed it in the past couple of years
unless of course UEFA decides that cultural shock stimulates football

Frankly speaking we haven't played against the 'big' teams yet
Remaining in the Vissha Liga will be a good enough achievement.

I'm quite happy for Bachev, from a wasted talent he has changed into a successful young coach with quite a record on the field as a player.
I guess only time will tell how far will Vihren go

my point exactly
although Vihren played quite well against teams that are considered good in our championship
I am looking forward for the moment when Vihren will have to face CSKA and Levski

well, yes, exactly what I expected - Vihren started losing power
1-2 against Levski and the round before that: 2-1 against Loko Pd.

We are currently on the 4th position Litex and Loko Pd beeing very close behind us(20pts, Vihren-21)

the upcoming round Vihren will face Naftex and it is a must win if we want to keep this prestigious place

we? are u viheren fan by any chance ... and vihren really showed their true potential the last few games but litex deserve to overtake em as litex deserve the uefa cup spot much more than vihren.
