Bulgaria Croatia

1st game in years that there is no media hype about. Is that godo or bad. No euforia, no expectations.

Did we lose all chances after teh Hungarian 1-1 stuff?

What are they saying in Bulgaria.

The Craotian forum has 7 pages already and I just realized teh game is coming this weekend. Croatians as always are full of self-confidence and pride ... can we be teh black cat again. Can we reestablish our chances for qualifying?

very doubtful...as sad as it might sound

I have forgotten about it as well...it was pretty painful, few people would like to go back to these memories

Get used to be realistic. Even if we defeat the croatians (and I believe we can do!) there is few hope for qualifying! It's sad but this is the truth

And I'm glad, that I didn't go to "Vasil Levski" stadium for this match. You know, it feels so bad when traveling almost 1000 km. to support a team who keeps his bad games.

Always look at the bright ...

We have good young talents in this team, Stoickov is not a very good coach but he is doing one thing right - give playing time to young guys. Stilian, Martin and few others are all proven and have more than several years left. Bojinoff will only get better and will be huge very soon. the 2 young Slavia protégés might develop well too if go out immediately. The D is and will be a problem be we can do it without this as proven in 94 (true Hubchev and Triffo were good, but that was that and v Mexico we played with only one defender I think).

Future is not so bad, trust me!

It might be good we don’t go to WC 06 as we will be slaughtered again if we don’t get decent preparation and a good solid team.

Nowhere near as bad as it looks. All you need is some tighter marking and different story.

If anyone is at fault it's Stoickov for not recognizing the threat we are when we are attacking. All mistakes were made while a second and third pass should have been read, or cut off. Bad marking, most likely because of bad preparations.
