The Meeting

The bosses and presidents of all football clubs from teh so-called 'Vissha Liga' are meeting today in Rila Hotel in Sofia. The meeting started at 12 and I am more than curious to learn what decisions were made

Those people in Rila are the main culprits for what's going on in our championship in my view, who else could arrange matches and buy refs?

I think Ivan Slavkov has to be mentioned and Vutsov too ...

The football people from the leading clubs in our league want an urgent Congress scheduled.Bateto of course sais that there will be no such thing unless the clubs pay him a huge amount of money. More and more people claim that he will 'abdicate' only if he receives the money.Of course no one is going to pay him for that.
We are expecting teh Congress soon. Many people also say that we shouldn't hurry for teh sake of the NT whcih is also experiencing some problems.

Everything seems very unceratain especially the promised fair and legal next season.

Don't know what to think about this meeting Luba I've heard such talks over and over again for too long to believe in them. Another issue is every single boss in our league can be traced to some "no good" deals that happened before or recent ones being "legalized" by the country government. Promises, "grande" talks we Bulgarians have no match when we discuss moral issues, but da fact is it all remains just words spoken, echoed in media that vanishes as a summer fog...

Those men that with their deeds proved to lack any moral now are concerned with the fact that their so called "football league" produces poor, there is no interest in it, fans are drawn away, etc. Naah, IMO it's a pathetic political move trying to gain the public support, but simply won't happen, as the ppl here have been lied for too long to believe now to the "chivalry" talks that bounce now from one mouth to another.

It is the same kinda tension now as before every single congress of our league, and in the end a person who survived through communism, democratic rule, socialism, "the so called 'New Time' bul..AKI'" (personally, I see no difference between these regimes in BG)... called Ivan Slavkov

So unless Jesus comes here soon we won't watch real bulgarian football for until the Judgement Day.

If Vutcov goes it will be great. If bateto goes it will brilliant. But if these guys in the meeting come at their place ... may be it is better for Vutcov to stay.

I am sure you know what I mean.

Still this shaking up is good thing. Lets hope sth possitive comes out of it at the end.

So, another meeting, then they called in Bateto, and they agreed upon all this.

Lets see. Vutzov seems like going ... new Congress, new bosses. Bateto will stay, but he wont have a saying I guess. It seems like.

The news from yesterday:
There will be no Congress
Bateto confirmed that the Executive Committee will make all the changes necessary.

I am looking forward to 'the great changes'
