Fcuken Great News! McCartney Will Play Again!

His brother has told reporters that although he has had massive amounts of skin-grafts, the surgeons have said they see no reason why the Kangaroos key-position player can't play again ...

Awesome news for the ex-Pie and Crow ...

"They picked on the wrong man - and the wrong country. It was like pouring petrol onto a fire as far as I was concerned.

There's an old saying that the dog that barks loudest never bites. They did a lot of barking but we bit them pretty hard. Uruguay's attitude just showed how scared they were of us - it was their last resort."

Fair dinkum though MM ... how bad has North's luck been in the last couple of years?

Stevens and the broken glass that nearly killed him ...
Carey's shenanigans ...
Pagan leaving for Carlton ...
The AFL forcing North to play with 93% of the cap ...
Mick Martyn's dad (ex-North player as well) dying of cancer ...

Now this ...

Apparently as strange as it sounds that is 'normal and expected' for injuries such as Jason's - Statement from the Roos:

My thoughts are with his family & the NMFC at the moment !!
