Eagles in the finals!

I am quite happy that they are in, they really deserved it, after being in the 8 for the majority of the season.

Since 1995 when the Dockers joined I stopped supporting the Eagles, despite the two Premierships, I couldn't stand them the last few seasons but this season I suddenly wanted success for them mainly because of the announcement of John Worsfold as coach who is a ture legend and has done a great job leading the team to the finals in his first season in charge!

It's gonna be a tough game against Essendon, Eagles have only won twice away from home this season, today and against Carlton a few weeks back by a point. After seeing what happened today, don't discount their chances of success next week

Good luck Eagles

West Coast scraped past a Kangaroos outfit that was without Stevens, Pickett, Archer, Rocca, Harvey and of course Carey.

They will get blown apart at Colonial against Essendon.

"They picked on the wrong man - and the wrong country. It was like pouring petrol onto a fire as far as I was concerned.

There's an old saying that the dog that barks loudest never bites. They did a lot of barking but we bit them pretty hard. Uruguay's attitude just showed how scared they were of us - it was their last resort."

I really do hate the Eagles , I hate there culture - I hate there players - I hate even going to Subiaco Oval to watch Freo , just cause of the fact I know the Eagles play there aswell ........

In 94 I think premiership year. I was at that game, I was only 8 and was a die hard Eagles fan back then. Woosha's a legend, one of the main reasons I wanted success for the Eagles this year is because of Woosha joining as coach.

Well I am quite satisfied with the Eagles performance and so is the rest of the WA public. They would have done the Bombers like a woman if the game was on Sunday and they did not have to travel 11,000 kms in 4 days.

Shove it up your arse VFL.

By the way, Kenny, why you so against the Eagles all the time? Still haven't got over that 135 point thrashing at Subiaco Oval a few years back? My Dad and I left at half time when Eagles were up by about 100 points :dielaugh:

Nothing against the Eagles at all mate - it's the Dockers that p1ss me off ... easy Couts, easy.

Re: my prediction vs Essendon - the Bombers won by 5 goals without Hird and without Lloyd who went down in the first quarter.

Re: Worsfold - that hit was a f*cken disgrace mate

But we got our own back a few years later when Ricciuto put Dean Kemp into the stratosphere with one of the greatest bumps of the decade
