Hird and Ratten are favourites, but I do believe that Primus will have a very good run at it if he produces his best now and then.

1.Hird is favourite

Buckley will win it this year only becoz Collingwood have won enough games this year...... sounds silly, but looking at the history of Brownlow winners most seem to come from teams that finish in the lower half of the top 5/6/8.... the Magpies fit that bill.

Thats my theory anyway......

Buckley wont win dude, his form hasnt been special for quite a while now, .........

I always put down a list of abt 5 or 6 players and I always get it, last year I had both woewodin on it as well as Powell his team mate who was in fact more important to melbourne as shown by his no shows this season due to injury, subsequently melbourne have bombed, i had scotty west too....

this year, it'll be Black, Voss, Akermanis, Primus, Mark Johnson,(wellman's a better chance), Francou, nick stevens, and Darcy.... ill prune that list by seasons end and may add to it too, but right now Id be stunned if it didnt come from Brissie, Port or Ess unless it is Darcy who has hit a purple patch this season.
