NRL 2015

a very interesting NRL season coming up in 2015

* some big name departures from the league --> SBW, Sam Burgess, Jarryd Hayne
* Bennett going home to the Broncos
* Souths defending premiers
* plenty of player movements to new clubs --> Milford to the Broncos, B. Morris to the Dogs, Ferguson to the Roosters, Mason to the Sea Eagles, Ennis (and Barba) to the Sharks etc.
* the rules as to signing players are going to get a bigger workout in 2015 than before IMO --> for example, whether the Mata'utia brothers keep to their word and sign with the Dogs and renege and stay with the Knights
* State of Origin one year after NSW broke the great QLD run
etc.

Capello beamed: "From Savicevic you came to expect these unthinkable plays of brilliance, because from the position he was in most players would have just taken the ball in stride and gone a little further with it, instead he went for this spectacular attempt which has gone down in history and is shown over and over again. It was simply.... Una cosa da Savicevic [the way of Savicevic]."

i just want a medium by which to criticise my komsija for the sh*thouse effort put in by his club to keep the NSW fullback in the game

Jarryd Hayne is apparently going to be a punter (which was the only position he could actually play in NFL). He has a big leg to be fair, see how that goes.

really?

"The hardest thing about managing Sonny Bill is people's perceptions of him,"

that he is a money grubbing, sell out mercenary with all the morals of a streetwalking head jobber... he didn't say misperceptions now, did he?

"The people that don't like him don't know him"

wonderful... so those people that do like him must know him intimately? idiot

"There is a perception that he is arrogant and money-hungry"

walking out on a 5 year deal with the Dogs 6 months into it and then proclaiming that what he did was heroic deserving of praise and emulation by other league players tends to convey that sort of impression

"He is actually a very humble and hard-working guy."

i'll give him the hard working point but humble?

whatever people might think of Ali, SBW's impact on the world in comparison is but a drop in the ocean

since you asked... it doesn't say much for your club in seeking highly paid service from the abovementioned head jobber

Ben, just like his brother, is doing his best to ruin a promising career

On the back of a Lara Bingle cocaine controversy, of course.
