OT: Do you find it hard to talk about Cricket in the Cricket forum ?

Boys, I just dont know why, but I find it extremely hard to adapt to the cricket forum, and get a proper discussion in. Dont get me wrong, but it just doesnt seem to be a good place for the skips to discuss whats going on in cricket. I remember we had a very sucessful thread about cricket about a while ago. Do you blokes think we should open it again ?

If u want to speak abt cricket, please do it at the cricket forum. That forum lacks members and good topics and has eventually become empty nowdays. Maybe your topics will bring all the members into the forum.

Cristian, don't get me wrong as I am not trying to impose my opinion. This is a humble request rather.

i dont intend on going to the cricket forum, in the lead up to the world cup and throughout the world cup, the anti-aussie sentiment in there was pathetic, not to mention some classic blatant rascism......i for 1 dont appreciate my team consistantly being referred to as convicts. discuss it in here, but christian, right now i couldnt give a rats arse abt the red leather and the willow, its friggin footy season

btw milano77, uve always been all class, nothing against you, shame really, b/c the cricket forum was really pumping for a while.........mayb in hindsight i should have let rip and flamed and got it off my chest, coz now i just have no interest in visiting that forum

Yeah I haven't been back to the cricket forum in ages... I did detect a distinct anti-Oz sentiment, although there was obvious admiration for the likes of Steve Waugh, etc.

I lost interest in the cricket forum when the World Cup Prediction league took over.

"They picked on the wrong man - and the wrong country. It was like pouring petrol onto a fire as far as I was concerned.

There's an old saying that the dog that barks loudest never bites. They did a lot of barking but we bit them pretty hard. Uruguay's attitude just showed how scared they were of us - it was their last resort."
