Which player would you most like to have in your side?

Here's a question to get you thinking,I would most prefer Andrew Mcleod he's electric,Inspirational and can turn a game around at any given time Any day the man who deserves A Brownlow would be welcome at Optus Oval Fat chance though.

Looking at our best side (IMO):

FF: Burns...Carey...Welsh
HF: Johnc0ck...Stevens...Edwards
C: Burton...Ricciuto...Stenglein
HB: Smart...McGregor...Torney
B: Hart...Bassett...Bickley

FOLL: Clarke, Goodwin, McLeod

IC: Biglands, Perrie, Bode, Massie

EMER: Ladhams, Marsh, Begley

___________

I'd say our only weak links are FB and CHB - and having said that Kenny Mac has improved a sh1tload this year and Nathan Bassett is one of the better fullbacks in the league except in 1-on-1 body-contests.

I'd say that realistically someone like a Ben Holland would be fantastic for us as another tall defender - which we lack badly - cast your mind back to previous games this year and we absolutely got fixed up by the likes of Lynch, Cornes, Tredrea and Tarrant, and not for the first time either.

We'd do well to lure Sean Wellman home as well - but we'd have to give up something good for him.

"They picked on the wrong man - and the wrong country. It was like pouring petrol onto a fire as far as I was concerned.

There's an old saying that the dog that barks loudest never bites. They did a lot of barking but we bit them pretty hard. Uruguay's attitude just showed how scared they were of us - it was their last resort."

Id ont know whether we need a target man upfront of a key defender. Our forward structure has been brilliant this season so i'd probably go for Mal Michael.OFcourse the Woosha's tryin to lure either Gaspar or Johnno Hay back home which would be brilliant.

Isn't this basically the same as the other thread you made Meazza?

I'd have to say Dustin Fletcher. Best tall defender I think and that is someone who Melbourne really need.

Of course I'd also choose Voss, but our main problem is the big man department and Voss can't fix that problem.

I just did that as an example as to what we need - as you can see we're very strong in all areas except the two key-defensive positions

Tarkyn Lockyer would be a sweet pick up if you could bring him home also.

True where would he play though ? Our Backpockets are full is he a capable half back flanker.Anything to get rid of Jeremy Humm and Darren Glass Ofcourse you will probably tell me he is a Half back Woewodin was being mentioned with Hay and Gaspar but he went to the Pies which i think is a blessing in disguise.I dont rate him at all.So far it looks as though the Eagles or the Dockers cant say who got the better deal out of Headland and Chick. They have put in solid performances but nothing special.Chicks tackling, stamina, experience and 1% have been brilliant.

For Essendon, I would take Judd, no doubt.
