NBA Draft 2018

Draft lottery on Tuesday

there are some interesting scenarios, such as Cleveland or Boston ending up with a top 3 pick

also this might be the most stacked draft since 2003...at least 7 elite prospects

Big games are easy than the other games, unfortunately. Every times we have the control the games, under the control the games, during the games we had the some possibilities, some big chances, some big okazyons, something like that but what can I do, sometimes? And….it’s the football, that’s the football, something happened. Everything is something happened. - Fatih Terim

Do you watch the college games?

I guess I should next season as I have no idea on the prospects.

Without it gravity is just gravy.

Minnesota dont have a 1st round pick so less interesting for me (gave it to friggin Atlanta).

But its shocking if Doncic or Ayton dont go nr 1 pick.

Besides Doncic, the talent I find most intriguing is Trae Young, has so many visible flaws in athletic NBA level as such a small guard, but damn dude can dominate offensively if he gets it going.

I watched some March Madness but none of the top prospects made it far.

There are some good analysis videos on youtube.

I did watch some Oklahoma's regular season games when Trae Young hype was at its highest point and Curry comparisons were being made. He was leading the nation both in points and assists at that time, which was amazing for a freshman. I think he will be a good NBA PG...might not be a superstar though. But he'd be a top 3 pick in many less stacked draft classes. Very entertaining player to watch.

Ah yeah. I watched some of March Madness too.

Some guy named Townes was good.

I remember being in KAT's Twitch channel when it was on and someone asked him if they were related

KAT just laughed.

(One is Towns the other is Townes)

Without it gravity is just gravy.

Sacramento got lucky there...might get Doncic.

Doncic is the best wing prospect and Ayton the best big. Whoever goes first depends on who Phoenix see will fit alongside well with Booker. My guess is Phoenix will pick Ayton and Doncic goes to Sac town. They drafted Alex Len back then thinking he could be their starting center but he turned out to be another Eastern European scrub

this kid is super unique and accomplished teen prodigy, coming to the NBA as European champion with both club and country, making the team of the tournament in both cases, and winning both regular season and finals MVP with his club (would be insane if he got Eurobasket MVP over Dragic). he just turned 19 three months ago. Talk about acheiving hella alot just before NBA draft.

I have Doncic 4th on my list to Memphis. The top 3 all need bigs, plus Sacramento is a franchise who tends to pick up scrubs even with high picks so you can expect that trend to continue.

Memphis got screwed in the draft lottery so there has to be a gift from the basketball gods by letting them picking Doncic at 4th.

Surely these teams aren't dumb enough to let Doncic drop to 4 or 5? Everyone besides Suns should be killing themselves to get him.

lol I'm trolling of course. But these are guys who I think could be legit.

On a serious note. I think Doncic should be the #1 pick. At his age he's done everything he's supposed to in Europe. He was playing professionals, not amateurs in college. Rubio and Mirotic have been doing pretty well in the NBA. Doncic can probably make a bigger splash sooner and may have a higher ceiling, Nowitzki like impact, if he works hard enough. A bad organization will waste some years.

Trae Young will also be a great player. He'll need some years to develop physically but I'm sure he'll get there. People question his defense, but he can always be a help defender. He also drove to the basket way more than Curry did back in Davidson. Good signs.

Woj is normally very accurate when it comes to drafts so you pretty much have your top 6 now.

I think we had this discussion during last year's draft but there's really a huge difference between white players moms and black players moms. The latter seem to age really poorly.
