No idea where you get your information from but according to several Italian sources Asamoah is injured and Dilberto will start.
Back 3 same as the Torino game. Perisic and Nainggolan behind behind Icardi.
Which italian sources have you been reading? Sky has reported yesterday that Asamoah is recovered and will most probably be in our starting eleven.
Perisic inside is a big no-no, he is only useful when he's playing in the flank.
You are either unaware of, or wilfully overlooking, the fact that Gagliardini plays very well next to Brozovic in a double pivot, while Vecino plays terribly next to Brozovic in a double pivot. Watch the Samp, Napoli or Milan games from the 2nd half of last season for proof of this.
Pre-season is completely irrelevant now. Spaletti clearly has a hard-on for Vecino's work rate, so ignores the general atrocity that is his passing and total failure to provide defensive cover. He also makes Brozovic play worse. Gagliardini starting is a total no-brainer.
Don't give me examples on how he played good games in X period or whatever. Even Nagatomo had good games for Inter, also Vecino was great in first phase of last season but he is a shit player. We are stuck with Vecinos, Gagliardinis and Joao Marios. Too bad Borja Valero's legs aren't working as good as his brain because we would have easy way to solve our midfield problem by using him as AM and move Nainggolan back with Brozo.
How difficult is to understand that Gagliardini is very crap and also lacks intelligence. He may have good games here and there, but he's sucking big time. One good game and six or seven bad games isn't enough for this club.
This is why I said we should consider moving Asamoah to midfield temporarily until we bring in a proper midfielder and use D'ambrosio as left back. This isn't the ideal solution, but I'm pretty sure we will avoid suffering headaches by watching either Vecino or Gagliardini in midfield.
