The Olimpico is in very impressive surroundings, the stadium itself looks great and they have a nice fan village set up before the game. The view from our seats was superb

But the acousitics are awful and the running track really creates a sense of distance from the football that you don't get in the San Siro. The atmosphere suffers as a result, even if, to be fair, the entire Curva Sud had boycotted the game, which was always going to reduce noise levels. For the first 10 minutes you could literally have heard a pin drop. Things of course got very lively towards the end.

It is weird to see players close up of course. Brozovic really impressed me wwith his workrate, while Perisic seemed mega lazy at times.

Overall a great experience, even if getting back to the city centre involved a very long walk

I am really not sure where you get this arrogance and condescending tone from, Roma have not won anything whatsoever since 2008 ffs, and that's a longer drought than ours despite all the hype concerning the new Roma. Don't pretend as if you are Bayern or Barca or Real..

Congrats on the point you earned at home in the 83rd minute, move on..
Yes we did fail to beat Chievo over 180+ minutes of football this season. And quite frankly it is embarrassing. We should have taken all 6 points off of you guys. Both games were flukes where our goalie failed to save the only shot at him while we had 5-10 chances.

Nobody is pretending we are Bayern, Barca or Madrid. Don't worry though because a couple more seasons of no CL and you guys will become the new Parma . Enjoy

Spalletti:
"I usually don’t say these things in press but but there are two categories: those who want to win and those who are satisfied. I want to win. Among those who are satisfied were ones first and now dropped to fifth in standings,Thohir’s team is fifth in the standings and he has a face of a happy man. We aim for third at least and later we work on closing on top two."

This particular match could be worth more than €50 million... with FFP affecting both Roma and Inter, the result of this match could hugely affect the short-term future of both clubs, it could be the difference between maintaining your squad and strengthening in the summer or letting go of your crown jewels....Spalletti knows this, and obviously wants the money to shape his squad over the summer properly....

Roma have no shirt sponsor, while Inter's Pirelli's sponsorship have reduced in value compared to the previous deal, so you can imagine how much those €50 million would do to both teams....

You guys scored that goal because Manolas (who sucks with the ball at his feet) gave the ball away cheaply in possession when our entire team was beyond midfield.

Your defense is so good because you guys never attack. I actually feel bad for you guys because you guys play like that every game. Its painful to watch this anti-football. You guys are essentially Chievo on Steroids.

If this were true then we wouldn't have been pressing down the left flank as we were late in the game before the goal.

This quote is great. It really explains why Spalletti lacks the intelligence to consistently win major trophies. No- you don't always play in a gung ho win at all costs way. Mancini understands on the other hand how to try to win by taking calculated and measured risks.

When did Spalletti become Mourinho or Guardiola or Ancelotti to talk big like that? Who is he to give lectures about winning and ambition? Comical. Good coach but not a top one.

If it's embarrassing - like you said - to draw with us then why did your ambitious, champion of a coach celebrate DRAWING - not winning - with Inter? If drawing with Inter is embarrassing what would you describe getting eliminated by a Serie B team then? Or losing by 7 and 6 goals 2 seasons running in Europe?

Parma do not have the income or revenue that Inter have, daft comparison. They do have a bigger European history than Roma though...

So much for the finacial mastermind Thohir turning the ship around and handling things in a more professional manner. We're still letting Moratti's buddies rape us.

Embarrassingly bad deal with Pirelli.

He was celebrating because we needed a goal to at the minimum. The goal was Yuge. We could not lose to Inter. That would be the worst result possible. Once we scored we continue to attack and attack to get a second. Whereas Mancini subbed in Felipe Melo for Ljajic in order to secure the draw.

At least we actually won the CL, something Roma never achieved and probably never will...

As far as the CL is concerned, Roma are famous for getting raped in it.

Rather we don't participate at all than lose in a humiliating fashion a la roma tbh...

Which team will put 7 past you next season, I wonder..

Rather disappointing failing to hang on after taking the lead. Would have taken a draw before the game but should have done better..How often have said that through out this season thought.

Forza Inter!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
