Zenga agrees Al-Sad move

Zenga agrees Al-Sad move Wednesday 17 May, 2006

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Walter Zenga wonít be working in Italy next season after he agreed to join Qatar club Al-Sad, according to reports.

The former Italian international goalkeeper has been linked with various coaching jobs for the new campaign, but it now seems that his eagerly awaited return to the peninsula has been postponed.

Zenga is currently with one-time European champions Red Star Belgarde where he confirmed the potential which he promised during management stints in Romania.

Zenga, an Inter legend who was part of their 1989 and last Scudetto winning side, was linked with the Livorno job earlier this season.

Meanwhile, Red Star defender Aleksandar Lukovic will be leaving the club for Serie A side Udinese.

The 1982-born stopper informed a Serbia and Montenegro website of the move even if the Friuli outfit have yet to comment.

Lukovic is an international but has missed out on a place in Ilija Petkovicís squad for the World Cup Finals.

Itís believed that the Italian club have spent just over £4m on the youngster.

My heart = INTER...No Matter Win or Lose...

Zanetti : I still remember my first day at Inter. I arrived with a plastic bag with my boots inside and I crossed the crowd of fans who were asking who I was. That's where it all started.....
