Its going to suck for whoever loses between Ittihad and Ahly as they will probably end up playing FC Sydney, not much of a team either. The whole trip is a waste almost!

It would suck (does anyone want to lose), and the game with the loser of the other is pointless. But at least, if they win that game they can say they weren't the worst

So much money for the winners! I hardly see any consideration from football fans around the globe for this tournament, yet Fifa placing so much money in it! Hope Ittihad and Ahly beat the fags.

Vamos Argentina!

I think it would have been more interesting not to have had the two play each other at this stage of the tournament, because the way it was set up ensured that one Arab team was eliminated right at the beginning. Though they would be underdogs against Liverpool and Săo Paulo and probably wouldn't have met each other in the final anyway, it would have been more fun to have allowed both the chance the advance.

I think so tooo. Africa and Asia usually have the Afroasian cup (African CL champ vs Asian CL champ), so there wasn't much sense in grouping them together in the first round.

Can't find the goal anywhere, don't think anyone in their right mind would waste an hour uploading that garbage. I'm still pissed at the keeper, I think he should have his contract terminated, this is really not the first (rather the 100th) time that he's fumbled that same cross.

I've got the goal here, if anyone wants it:

BTW Were the brackets drawn, or were they pre-assigned?

I have seen the goal on TV and I can absolutely live without watching it again What a mistake by El-Ahly keeper! Though the defense should have marker Noor better than that.

Vamos Argentina!
