Is it just me, or does the newly redesigned Canadian Soccer Association website suck dogs?
It's a classic case of fixing what ain't broke. I used to have no trouble viewing the old site and navigating around it, finding info, etc.
Now they have "redesigned" it, using that god-forsaken ASP code that never works properly on Netscape. It takes forever to load and basically freezes up my Netscape browser. I can, however, load it with M*cr*s*ft's excuse for a browser, IE.
Several times in the last 2 days I haven't been able to load it with either browser. Netscape tells me "There was no response. The server could be down or is not responding." Internet Explorer gives me a "The page cannot be displayed" message.
When I do manage to load it in IE, they make it very difficult to bookmark particular pages on the site because the URL in the location window never changes as you move around the site.
I have a DSL line.
Anybody else having trouble with this site?
Why on earth would they design a site that can't be read by Netscape browsers? Are they in bed with Bill Gates? I smell a conspiracy...:fero:
