**TLN SERIE “A” SOCCER COVERAGE ADVISORY**

Friday, January 25, 2002 (TORONTO, ON) - An unresolved issue involving
Panamerican Sports Network (PSN)’s broadcast rights of Italian League
soccer in North and Latin America is preventing TLN from offering live
coverage of the Saturday and Sunday afternoon Serie “A” matches.

As we monitor the situation, TLN will nonetheless continue to provide
coverage of two Italian League games each week (featuring Italian
commentary), through its partnership with RAI International.

You only lose your stats if you re-register under a new name.

If you ask nicely, and have a pretty good reason, the forum owner Jan will change your nickname. It takes effect retroactively to your first post.

Here's how Urchin got his nick changed to Paulinho.

I was more direct: I just sent a PM to Jan and asked him.

Why? are thinking of losing "rezag"?

Thanx for the info.
Seeing as 'reza' is my actual first name and 'g' is the first letter of my family name. I'd rather stick with 'rezag'.
Not that Urchin/Paulinho had a 'pretty good reason'

Nothing is ever certain with TLN's schedule. The first rule is, don't trust any information from any source about what is going to be shown on TLN.

Keeping that in mind, you can look at TLN's "upcoming soccer events" page. When I last looked at it on Saturday Feb. 23, it indicated that Bologna v. Verona would be shown live on "Wednesday" [sic] February 24 at 8:15 a.m. (You can actually sleep in till 9 and you won't miss anything ). It also said the Turin derby would be shown on tape delay at 5:30.

If you're an Inter fan, you'll need Fox Sports World Canada to catch a repeat of Inter's UEFA Cup match against AEK on Sunday at 11 a.m.

TLN may well carry the second leg of the Hapoel-Parma tie, but I'm not about to predict when that might be.
