Changes afoot in the National Team

Garret Kusch and Mark Watson have retired from the national team, in advance of the Gold Cup.

This will give Holger Osieck an opportunity to bring in some fresh talent and give some playing time to his bench.

Perhaps we should hope for more retirements in order to make way for the remaking of Team Canada.

Any nominations for the next retirees?

How about Peschisolido?

Kusch was absolutely useless, and Watson was nothing special.

Good now some new guys can show their stuff.

PS.

Pesch ...

Pesch has been on a scoring tear ... I'd give him another 3 years ... I'd say Corazzin ... but he might be ok for another 1 or 2 ...

we will see how the Gold Cup tourney will shape up ...
