The Esto lineup looks like their best players (Poom, Oper, Reim, Viikmäe) and I hear Canada will have Radzinski, at least.

Should be a good test for Canada - I think a draw would be acceptable.

Fram Canadian Press:

It looks like Canada will be relying on one tired goalie for its exhibition soccer game in Estonia on March 29.

Pat Onstad of the San Jose Earthquakes was bumped up to No. 1 for the match in Tallinn after starter Lars Hirschfeld suffered a pulled hamstring playing for Luton Town in England on Tuesday.

Pat's still my No. 1 anyway

Radzinski and Klukowski are both ruled out of the friendly because of injury. Radzinski will be out 2-4 weeks because of a groin problem. De Guzman has been called up, and another player will be announced soon.....

Mike Klukowski =

I've seen him play a few times and i think he's a pretty good player. Personally i think he should make a next step next summer and change club to further help his development.

Apparantly according to the belgian media Portsmouth is interested in signing him.

How do you guys rate him for your NT?

"I never knew my birth parents. There was a car accident. my birth mother was incinerated, and I only survived because her smoking carcass had formed a protective cocoon of slaughtered human effluence. A Belgian man and his fifteen year-old love slave were looting the accident scene, came across a blood soaked baby, moi, and they raised me to be evil."

Actually, K, probably none of us here has ever seen the guy. You probably know more about him than all of us Canucks put together.

Estonia Defeats Canada 2-1

Canada's Men's World Cup Team suffered a 2-1 loss to Estonia in an international friendly in Tallinn, Saturday. Andres Oper headed home the winner off a corner kick in injury time to give the home team a come from behind win in front of 4,000 fans at the A. Le Coq Stadium.

After a scoreless first half, the Canadians opened the scoring when Paul Stalteri volleyed home a Martin Nash cross. Stalteri beat Estonian and Sunderland goalkeeper Mart Poom to the near side in the 47th minute.

The Estonians equalized in the 72nd minute when Oper pounced on a loose ball in the penalty area following another corner. The ball went through a crowd of players and beat Canadian goalkeeper Pat Onstad.

Canada - Pat Onstad, Carl Fletcher /Chris Pozniak, 55/, Kevin McKenna, Paul Fenwick, Richard Hastings, Daniel Imhof, Paul Stalteri, Jim Brennan, Julian de Guzman, Martin Nash, Carlo Corazzin /Rob Friend, 78/
