once again we play too slow and can't create chances from open play

This has been Bilic's intended tactics all along, force the opponent to score on themselves. It is brilliant.

pathetic half, by both sides really, Croatia with one shot on goal, a weak free kick and a flukey own goal after a long ball by Schildenfeld. Once again, no creativity from open play and slow build up to allow Sweden to get back in position

the same problems over and over again, except for the game against Turkey, which to a large extent allowed us to counter attack, we can't initiate an attack. Its all just too slow, Swedish defense gets setup faster then a F1 one car going down a straight away.

Srna should not play as RW, why we think it will be better or different is beyond me, Rakitic is not a wide player, thats been obvious to me for a while too. He and Kranjcar are central players, So lets play them there

If were not gonna play Perisic or even Ilicevic we should not play with players out wide, we don't have many players that can do that.

Pletikosa has been poor for so long now, its not a surprise that Runje started in front of him. We really need to give others a chance back there.
RIP Petrinha

Bad set-up. Once again Modric playing like a true DM, instead of the play flowing through him. He really has no place to run to, no one to "release" and then find the open gaps. Way to static, yet again.

Rakitic needs to play in the middle, or he doesn't need to play at all. Srna isn't a mid in a 4-4-2.

You have one of the best midfielders in the world (Modric) and you don't play to his strengths. You have one of the best RB's in the world (Srna) and you don't play him there.

We actually played with some fight until their goal, but the play itself isn't good.

I know there was a short preparation for this match, but we are in big trouble if this performance will take place in June
