You just beat Samp at the Marassi, that's impressive. I really did not know who to cheer for as i crave for both teams to get promoted, but congrats

The goals from the game..

Last time we won there, was in the coppa in 2005. Both goals came from Jose Ramallo Franco.

Great work friend, 2 simple well finished goals. A huge boost for the squad. An away win to Samp will show the team they have no one to fear. I'm sure Ventura will be keeping their feet on the ground.

Hehe yes, we did play very well, but the season is long and this is only one of many games. It was pretty cool to see Ventura played 4-2-4 in Sampdorias ground.

Bianchi is my god

Massive result. I'll be honest I thought Toro would not be this strong.

On the Swedish Toro forum, they are saying we played like an Serie A team against Doria. But lets wait for the season is over, the 4 years i have supported Torino there is always some surprise.

In other news the new name of the stadium should be - Stadio Grande Torino.

In the start the city would sell the name for the highest bidder, but the fans prevent it.

Anyway, in the Swedish forum there is a post :

I think Toro looks like an Serie A team again, this match show that.

The club have got an good defense now, where its compact and the players fights for much more for the club. When you look at the game yesterday against Doria, we let them have the ball, but they didnt know what to do because we stood so good down there.

And when you have players like Ogbonna and Vives to control the defense it looks good.

Oustanding to see such a result against such a strong side. This shows promise. Must not get ahead of ourselves but continue to work, show heart, and grab points.

Forza Toro!

From an English Torino blog -

After the fantastic performance and result against Sampdoria, Torino return to action of Wednesday eager to continue their good form at home to Grosseto.

Whilst on paper, this looks like an easier game than the fixture against Sampdoria, Torino should be weary, that like themselves, Grosseto are also unbeaten this season, and sit just four points behind them in 5th place. In their last match, the Tuscan side conceded a 95th minute equaliser to draw 3-3 at home to Ascoli, so their confidence may have been dented. However, they also have a striker in form, in the shape of former Arsenal player Arturo Lupoli who scored twice in that match.

Unfortunately for Torino, they will be without one of the goalscoring heroes from Friday night because Sergiu Suciu picked up an injury in that match, and will be out for a month. Although the team is not expected to change drastically from their last outing, there are rumours that Danilo D'Ambrosio and Kamil Glik could come into the starting eleven, whilst Alessandro Sgrigna and Osarimen Ebagua will also be eager to gain a starting position.
